Patterned Paper and Abandoned Art Collage Workshop at the Hancock Community Library

COMPAS teaching artist Katrina Knutson introduces the medium of collage using patterned paper and discarded/abandoned art. Inspired by illustrations in beloved picture books, participants will create scenes by cutting shapes from a wide selection of paper, finding inspiration in the colors, shapes, and textures.

This is an intergeneration workshop for children in grade 3 and older, teens, and adults.

Space is limited. Contact the library for more information.

This program is sponsored by Hancock Community Library and Viking Library System, funded in part or in whole with monies from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
